AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:

50 Bar Facing Over The Bar Burpees

25 Power Snatches (95/65)

50 Lateral Over the Bar Squat Jumps

25 V Sit-Ups

50 Wallballs (20/14, 10′)
Rx Burpees are No Step. Power Snatches should be touch and go or drop and go. V Sit-Ups start on your back with legs extended, feet touching the ground, arms straight overhead and hands touching the ground. End of the rep is with hands touching feet with legs straight and upperback/shoulderblades off the ground. Wallballs should be completed in 4 sets or less.
