8 Deadlifts (245/185)

12 Alternating Pistols

16 Pull-Ups

1 Rope Climb
Deadlifts should be completed in 2 sets or less. Lower each rep to the ground. Scale pistols as needed. Pull-Ups should be completed in 3 sets or less. Scale to Jumping Pull-Ups. Scale Rope Climbs as needed.
