Programming: The Week Ahead at MCCF 180617

This week will have 1 Day for MetCon/Weightlifting/MetCon, 2 Days of Long MetCons and 2 Days of Weightlifting, then MetCon.

Monday:  An AMRAP of Dumbbell Push Jerks and Sit-Ups will be before Push Jerks in the Weightlifting.  The 2nd AMRAP will have Dumbbell Power Snatches and Pull-Ups.  The Post WOD will be Toe Nail Transitions.

Tuesday:  3 MetCons for Tuesday.  There will be Jump Lunges, Hang Power Cleans, Thrusters, Double Unders, Kettlebell Swings and Hand Release Push-Ups.  The Post WOD will be Kettlebell Step-Ups

Wednesday:  A long AMRAP of Running, Toes to Bar, Burpees, and Muscle Ups.  The Post WOD will be Hollow Body Holds.

Thursday:  Snatch Balances will be the Weightlifting.  AN AMRAP of Power Snatches and Wallballs will follow.  The Post WOD will be Side Planks.

Friday:  The Weightlifting will be Snatch Grip Deadlifts.  The MetCon will have Deadlifts and Plate Carries.  The Post WOD will be Supinated Pull-Ups.
