The 2nd week of the CrossFit Games Open! This week we will see 2 Days of MetCon/Weightlifting/MetCon, 2 Days of Weightlifting, the MetCon and an Open Workout.
Monday: Strict Handstand Push-Ups will start the day. After that, the Weightlifting will be Clean and Jerks. The 2nd MetCon will have Wallballs and Thrusters. The Post WOD will be Above the Knee Clean Pulls.
Tuesday: Deadlifts will be the Weightlifting. The MetCon will have Hang Power Cleans and Burpees. The Post WOD will be Chin-Ups.
Wednesday: The 1st MetCon will have Dumbbell Power Snatches and Pull-Ups. The Weightlifting will be Snatches and Overhead Squats. The 2nd MetCon will have Double Unders and Toes to Bar. The Post WOD will be Above the Knee Snatch Pulls.
Thursday: The Weightlifting will be Back Squats and the MetCon to follow will be Running. The Post WOD will be 1 Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats.
Friday: CrossFit Games Open 18.2
