AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:

20 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches (50/35)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

3 Wall Walks

20 Box Step Overs with Dumbbell (24/20, 50/35)

15 Handstand Push-Ups
Modfiy wall walks to pike walks. Carry the dumbbell any way for the step overs. Modify handstand push-ups, as needed.
