40 Handstand Push-Ups
This is an AMRAP, but the intention is to get through at least 1 Round. Scale as needed to complete 1 Round. 1 Ring Muscle-Up=1 Ring Row and 1 Push-Up. Scale Pistols as needed. The Scale for Pull-Ups is jumping Pull-Ups. Scale Handstand Push-Ups as needed.
