What is CrossFit Light?
Simply put, a lighter, abbreviated version of CrossFit based on highly functional movements.

What’s the difference between CrossFit Light and CrossFit?

  • CrossFit Light is a ‘lighter’ version of CrossFit designed for new member athletes and individuals just getting back into improving their fitness.
  • CrossFit Light takes more time to demonstrate and perform exercises to ensure each participant is comfortable with the movement.  It also allows for participants to become accustomed to the intensity of CrossFit.  All fitness levels, abilities regardless of any limitations are able to take CrossFit Light!
  • Both CrossFit Light and CrossFit workouts are constantly-varied, highly functional movements performed at relatively high intensity based on the fitness level and needs of our individual member athletes.
  • CrossFit Light requires no prerequisites to join.

CrossFit Kids

What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
