– All members must have completed CrossFit Light prior to joining the regular classes.
– Members transferring from another Crossfit are not required to participate in CrossFit Light.

– An initial 3-month commitment and month-to-month thereafter.
– Applicable for: All college students with an active student ID.
– All state and county employees such as police department, fire dept., public university employees, etc.
– All members must have completed CrossFit Light prior to joining the regular classes.
– Members transferring from another CrossFit are not required to participate in CrossFit Light.

CrossFit Light Membership

What is CrossFit Light?
Simply put, a lighter, abbreviated version of CrossFit based on highly functional movements.
What’s the difference between CrossFit Light and CrossFit?
- CrossFit Light is a ‘lighter’ version of CrossFit designed for new member athletes and individuals just getting back into improving their fitness.
- Both CrossFit Light and CrossFit workouts are constantly-varied, highly functional movements performed at relatively high intensity based on the fitness level and needs of our individual member athletes.
- CrossFit Light requires no prerequisites to join.

Strongman Membership

Morrisville Community CrossFit offers Strongman training and serves as the HQ for North Carolina’s Strongest Man & Woman contest.  Workouts will be offered Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 12:00 – 2:00 PM.  Lynn Morehouse leads the programming of these training sessions which can help you become stronger and better at Strongman implements.

Coach Lynn is the Chairman of North Carolina for North American Strongman.
