Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:

50 Double Unders

20 Plate Walk Over Push-Ups (45/35)

100m Kettlebell Overhead Walk (53/35)
50 Double Unders=100 Single Unders

Use Rogue Bumpers for Push-Ups. Both hands must touch the top of the plate at the same time during the walk over. Chest must touch the plate at bottom of the push-ups. Use a single kettlbell. Walk to the 50m mark with kettlebell in one hand. Switch at the 50m mark and walk back.
