Warm-up (No Measure)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:
20 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35)
20 Burpees to Plate (45/35)
20 Alternating Box Step-Ups with Plate (24/20, 45/35)
Use Rogue Bumpers. Both Feet must be on the top of the plate at the same time with knees and hips extended to end the Burpee Rep. Hold plate any way for Box Step-Ups.
