Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds of:

400m Run

25 Push-Ups

30 Pull-Ups/Ring Rows

40 Alternating Goblet Lunges
Modify Push-Ups as needed. If you haven’t been doing pull-ups or ring rows, then reduce reps to 12-15. If you do not want to do pull-ups or use the pull-up rig, then modify with 30 Prone Ys. Use a dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, whatever you can find for Goblet Lunges
