4 Rounds of:
20 Toes To Bars
15 Lateral Over the Bar/Dumbbell Burpees
10 Cleans (135/95)
If you don’t feel comfortable with Toes To Bars, then modify to V Sit-Ups. If you have not been doing Toes To Bars, then reduce the reps to 12. (Squat) Cleans can be done with Dumbbells. 12 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Cleans.
