AMRAP in 30 Minutes:

20 Push Ups

20 Syncho Burpees

200m Run Together

40 Jump Lunges

40 Synchro Air Squats

400m Run Together

120m Suitcase Carry (each) (50/35 DB or 53/35 KB)

60 Toes to Bar

600m Run Together
Burpees are synchronized at the bottom.

Air squats are synchronized at top and bottom.

Suitcase carry is 50m out in one hand 50m back in other hand (both athletes).

Push-ups, jump lunges, and toes to bar are broken up however.

Runs are together, athletes cannot start work until both are inside.
