60 Push-Ups

400m Run

40 Box Jumps

40 Lunges

200m Run

20 Box Jumps

20 Burpees
Scale running as neeeded.

Rest 5 Minutes

In Pairs. One Partner will complete 50 Double Unders, while the other Partner:

50 Wallballs

50 Kettlebell Swings

50 Slam Balls

50 Sit-Ups

Switch once Double Unders are complete.
Rest 2 Minutes after each round.
