AMRAP in 25 Minutes of:
10 Alternating Burpee Dumbell Power Snatches (50/35)
200m Run with Dumbbell (50/35)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
20 V Sit-Ups
Carry the dumbbell anyway during the run. Chest To Bar Pull-Ups should be completed in 3 sets or less. Scale to strict banded Pull-Ups.
V Sit-Up Standard: Rep starts back on the ground with legs straight and arms straight with hands touching the ground. End of rep is when hands touch your feet with knees straight.
