With a Partner, AMRAP in 22 Minutes of:

100 Calorie Row

-Partner Holds a Deadlift (315/225)

100 Wallballs (20/14, 10’/9′)

-Partner Holds a Handstand

300m Run with Medball (20/14)
Work can only be done while other partner is holding (Deadlift or Handstand). Switch as needed. Deadlift hold is the top of the deadlift. No resting on legs. No ramping. Hanstand hold means hands touching the floor, arms fully extneded and only feet touching the wall. Run is performed at the same time.
